Peaberries, a natural mutation where only one seed forms inside the cherry instead of two, make up just 5-10% of a coffee crop. Their compact, round shape is believed to result in a more intense and concentrated flavor.
These Strictly High Grown (SHG) beans mature slowly, allowing the coffee to develop rich, complex flavors. After careful soaking, depulping, washing, and sun-drying on raised beds, the peaberries are meticulously sorted to ensure only the highest-quality beans make it into your cup.
